Booking in by telephone can only be done between the times of 3pm & 9pm.
Club members must book in by 9.00pm on the Wednesday prior to the date of the race meeting. After this you will not get preference over non-members.
If at any time we have 40 riders in any one group we will close the entry to that group.
Please only book for one meeting at a time, bookings placed before the previous meeting has passed will not be accepted .
No group or block booking will be accepted.
Non-members will only be accepted after Wednesday prior to the date of the race meeting.
Please remember when booking in that a marshal is required for each rider at the race meeting.
We are unable to accept Opra licences to obtain a day
licence.
